Hazelnut M&M's Cookies Recipe
5/20/2015I LOVE baking. I love the smell of those newly baked cakes, cupcakes etc. To be honest, I enjoy baking more than cooking. Not that I don't cook, I do, but I prefer baking more. Tapi saya sedar, takkan nak bagi laki makan cupcakes atau cookies celup susu je huhu. Kencing manis jak tedah laki aku kelak. Like it or not, terpaksa belajar masak *insert emoji perempuan tangan ke tepi*
It has been ages since I last baked anything. Last time I baked red velvet cupcakes, Alhamdullilah menjadi despite bahan yang serba kekurangan haha. FYI, I am actually typing this masa tunggu cookies masak heh.

Bahan-bahan :
- 50g kacang hazel ( dicincang kasar dan dipanggang ) - For my cookies I used cashew nuts instead, sebab takda kacang hazel. And part cincang tu saya guna lesung batu hahaha ketawa plis.
- 100g marjerin
- 80g mentega tawar - I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MENTEGA TAWAR IS
- 100g gula halus - It is always better for you to reduce the amount of sugar.
- 1 biji kuning telur
- 1/4 sudu the seen vanilla
- 200g tepung kek
- 30g tepung jagung
- 20g susu tepung - If you don't know what susu tepung is, ask your mom.
- 1/2 sudu the serbuk penaik ( baking powder )
- 75g coklat M&M's - I bought two 40g M&M's.
Cara membuat :
- Pukul marjerin, mentega tawar dan gula halus selama 1minit.
- Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla. Kacau hingga sebati.
- Tambahkan tepung kek, tepung jagung, susu tepung dan serbuk penaik sambil diayak dan diadun sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan coklat M&M's dan kacang hazel. Uli hingga membentuk doh.
- Bentukkan adunan dengan sudu di dalam loyang yang sudah disapu marjerin.
- Bakar di bawah suhu 140 darjah Celcius, selama 30 minit sehingga masak.

Add on more M&M's to make it more attractive.
